Chinese new year

Today the children had a lovely meal to celebrate the Chinese new year. This year it is the year of the rabbit and the children learnt about some of the Chinese traditions.

In Science this half term, we have been learning all about plants. We have learnt about the different parts of a plant and what they do. Yesterday, we conducted an experiment to see how water moves through a plant. We planned our experiment, predicted what would happen and then made our observations.
