The Dialect Poets:
A reminder that some of our children are featured in Kirsty Mawer’s radio programme, ‘Tongue and Talk: the Dialect Poets’ on Radio 4 this Sunday 27th at 4.30pm. Poet James Tait came to school a few weeks ago to teach year’s 2-4 dialect poetry and Kirsty recorded snippets of their work and some classroom discussion.
